Stumbled on this very informative post on a stocks website. Yes, stocks as in business! And what does it have to do with Paris Hilton? Umm, we all know that she has a lot of non-showbiz businesses, and many of the companies that she is connected to, such as Parlux and Sony are publicly traded. So one stocks website, Stockpickr.com, has compiled a portfolio that Paris Hilton would love — or, as she might say, stocks she would think are “hot” ^_^ Here’s what they wrote:

CBS - She wrote Confessions of an Heiress book, published by Fireside Books, a division of Simon & Schuster, owned by CBS Corporation.

PARLUX fragrance - When they first started offering Paris perfume, there was a 47 percent increase in sales of Parlux products. The hotel heiress’ perfumes include Paris Hilton, Just Me, Heiress, and Can Can. This is a very low priced stock and should be considered very speculative.

WARNER music group - owns Warner Bros. Records Inc. which owns Heiress Records founded by the blonde socialite in 2004. She has released on album and is and expected to release another album this year.

CKR - Appeared in a spicy TV commercial promoting the Paris Hilton Spicy BBQ Six Dollar Burger.

AMAZON - helped design Amazon’s Paris jewelry line.

..she’s so far too busy to start a family. Can it be possible she’s busy and also pregnant?? LOL! If you remember, last year, Paris Hilton announced plans to become a mother- insisting she’d be pregnant within two years. Most thought she wanted to be like her erstwhile bestfriend Nicole Richie who gave birth to pretty daughter Harlow with another Madden. But now Paris Hilton is singing a different tune because she’s busy with her acting and music careers.

The hotel heiress revealed that oddball musical “Repo: The Genetic Opera” will be released on November 7, 2008 and that she’s completing work on her second solo album. She even has a duet there with current love Benji Madden! Paris Hilton says, “Right now I’m just focusing on my business and travelling around the world. There’s no time for a baby right now.” But she’s not writing off motherhood totally, she tells HollyScoop.com: “I would love to be a mother one day.”

So typical of her to break the law! Not that I’m saying Paris Hilton is a law-breaker, hehe! ;-) According to the tabloids, the hotel heiress is said to be livid that LA County Sheriff Leroy Baca has outlawed parties on Malibu’s shorelines. Apparently, Paris Hilton has a seafront home and often throws impromptu beach parties. And a friend says she’s considering breaking the ban and holding a bash to celebrate the Labor Day holiday today.

The Sheriff Baca has warned there will be strict penalties for anyone who breaks the order. But 27-year-old celebrity isn’t worried. A source tells the Daily Star, “She’s been telling people she hopes she’s dragged away with a cocktail in hand so that this issue makes headlines.” LOL! I was right, this is such a typical Paris Hilton drama! ;-) And if the name, Sheriff Baca is familiar to you, it was him who converted her 45-day prison sentence (for breaking the terms of her probation) to house arrest.

If you’re rich, famous, and gets pictured a lot, chances are you’ll start a craze. And that’s what exactly Paris Hilton and Britney Spears did. The former is often photographed holding her chihuahua, Tinkerbell, while the latter has owned three of the small-breed pets. And because of them, the number of chihuahuas insured by Sainsbury’s has leapt 417 per cent since 2006, apparently spurred on by celebrities who carry their small dogs “like fashion accessories”. Neal Devine, Sainsbury’s pet insurance manager, said:

“The publicity around celebrities like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears and their small pedigree pets has fuelled the demand for handbag dogs.”

Despite the booming business, Mr. Devine hastens to add that “A pet should never be seen as an accessory and people should not be guided by fashion trends when purchasing a pet. It’s important that you understand the physical and mental needs of a particular breed, such as how much exercise it needs, when you purchase it, and that your lifestyle enables you to accommodate this.” Paris Hilton’s lifestyle can definitely afford it!

According to Mirror, the hotel heiress is set to record a duet with her rocker beau Benji Madden on her new album. Paris Hilton has already been writing about her new album on her official blog, and now she’s confirmed that her other half (of a few months) is to make a cameo on it. Talking to a Los Angeles-based showbiz website Hollyscoop, Paris Hilton said:

“Well, actually I have a studio at the house. He [Benji] actually helped me write some of the songs for my new album, and for the BFF show (her new UK reality show for MTV). He’s a really amazing talent, songwriter and singer.”

Guess it’s really handy to have a rocker boyfriend on hand! =) When asked whether they would duet, Paris Hilton said: “Yes, definitely. When the [My New BFF] show comes out.” Her as-yet untitled new album will be the follow-up to her debut (‘Paris’), a #29 hit in the UK which sparked a #5 surprise hit ‘Stars Are Blind’.

As you may have noticed, the hotel heiress is often photographed with a sizeable cleavage these days. And it was not a thing that will go unnoticed since Paris Hilton once flaunted her petite A-cup breasts on the cover of Vanity Fair. Of course, this sparked rumors that she has had breast implants. Her rep, however, promptly denied everything. The spokesperson for Paris Hilton insisted she hasn’t had her breasts surgically altered, crediting “a prototype from her soon-to-come ‘push-up’ bra line” for the star’s enlarged cleavage. The representative adds: “Paris Hilton has never had plastic surgery.” Oh really?? Not even her perfect nose?? LOL

On other news, a documentary about the blonde starlet has joined the lineup for the Toronto International Film Festival. Adria Petty’s nonfiction Paris Hilton chronicle is entitled “Paris, Not France” and will be shown from September 4 to 13 in the said festival. This movie should be interesting — after all it’s a documentary about Paris’ life!

And the reason for the legal suit? Allegedly, the blonde starlet didn’t promote a 2006 film she starred in — the National Lampoon’s Pledge This! According to news reports, attorney Michael Goldberg is seeking millions of dollars in alleged lost profit related to the said promotions contract, and has filed a suit against Paris Hilton and her entertainment company. Goldberg, of Akerman Senterfitt’s Fort Lauderdale office, filed the federal suit as part of his duties in the receivership of the defunct Worldwide Entertainment Group, a former Miami Beach concert promoter accused in 2006 of bilking investors out of $300 million.

One of Worldwide’s subsidiaries, the Entertainment Group Fund, hired Paris Hilton to promote National Lampoon’s Pledge This! Goldberg is now alleging that she didn’t honor that contract and told the press, “We are seeking our lost profits, which we believe to be in the millions of dollars. Reports that we were only seeking $75,000 are inaccurate … Paris Hilton failed to attend any talk shows or telephonic or in-person interviews.” The hotel heiress has yet to comment on the suit.

How fitting for her! Especially since she loves clubbing and partying til the wee hours of the morning. Hehe! According to reports, Paris Hilton is said to have leased a club in Las Vegas, which she plans to turn into a trendy new nightspot. And she reportedly put £3.2 million of her own money in the venture! WOW! A source told the Daily Mirror,

“Paris Hilton is determined to make a go of this club. She’s investing a lot of her own money into the project. She sourced the location about 4 months ago and has already paid for the lease. The idea is to get the club up and running before the end of the year and host the wildest New Year’s Eve party ever.”

The only problem is that she’s having trouble thinking upon a catchy moniker for the venue. The source further adds, “She still hasn’t decided on a name after Paris was ruled out. She’s now considering The Paris Hilton Nightclub instead.” Well, that sounds appropriate enough! LOL

Republican presidential candidate John McCain’s recent ad featuring shots of her and Britney Spears drew the “ire” of the socialite heiress, and in response, she made her own ad. This is what Paris Hilton said in her video spoof in case you’re unable to watch videos on your computer. Which is, like you know, too bad! LOL!

“Hey America, I’m Paris Hilton and I’m a celebrity too. Only, I’m not from the olden days, and I’m not promising change like that other guy, I’m just hot! But then that wrinkly white haired guy used me in his campaign ad, which I guess means I’m running for president, so thanks for the endorsement white haired dude, and I want America to know, that I’m like, totally ready to lead.”

LOLOLOLOL! Too funny for words! And Paris Hilton also enjoyed doing the spoof. She said, “It was a lot of fun!” The blonde star also mentioned that she’s “a big fan” of FunnyorDie creators (who released the video) Will Ferrell and Adam McKay. When once asked if she really would run for the presidency, Paris Hilton replied: “Only if I can bring [my dog] Tinkerbell to the White House.” LOL!

For someone who got famous for a homemade sex tape, this actress sure has a lot of money-making things going for her! Paris Hilton has just got back from Copenhagen, Denmark after promoting her latest product — a her fall line of PH Europa Handbags, which will be sold in over 80 countries. As previously mentioned, the blonde socialite has her own perfume range, a line of hair extensions, a footwear line, and will release a sports collection later this year. Paris Hilton also promotes Rich Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine sold in cans instead of bottles. She has previously released her debut album Paris in 2006, and has also attempted to display her writing skills with the autobiographical book Confessions of an Heiress: A Tongue-in-Chic Peek Behind the Pose, released in 2004. So what’s next for Paris Hilton? As the rumors go, she has an upcoming sports footwear line! Yep, her business empire is truly expanding!
